Hello everyone, এই series এ আমি interview এ জিজ্ঞেস করা common question গুলো নিয়ে আলোচনা করব। আজকের question হলঃ "Tell me about a weak point of you and how you overcame it?"

Select a weakness that is genuine

এটার answer দেয়ার জন্য এমন একটি weakness select করো যার negative effect তোমার apply করা job এ পড়বে না। For example: “I’ve always found public speaking to be a challenge, especially in my first year when it affected my communication skills.”

Acknowledge your weakness honestly.

১-২ লাইনে বল, এই weakness কীভাবে তোমার life এ সমস্যার সৃষ্টি করেছে। Example: “I realized that my fear of public speaking was making me feel isolated and unable to engage with my teacher and classmates."

Talk about specific actions you took to address your weakness.

এরপর তুমি কখন বুঝতে পেরেছ এবং কীভাবে সেই weakness কাটানোর জন্য step নিয়েছ তা সম্পর্কে বল। Interviewer কে realize করাও তুমি নিজের weakness সম্পর্কে অবগত এবং তা কাটিয়ে উঠার ব্যাপারে যথেষ্ট সচেতন।
Example: “To overcome this, starting from my 2nd year, I participated in hackathons, project showcases, and idea competitions, where I presented ideas to judges and audiences. I led teams, collaborated, and discussed even the simplest matters with teammates.”

Discuss the improvements you’ve seen as a result of your efforts.

এবং সবশেষে জানাও তুমি কীভাবে তোমার weakness overcome করেছ বা কতটুকু করতে পেরেছ। Example: “Presenting my ideas to judges helped me overcome my fear of public speaking. Over time, I became more confident speaking in front of groups and even received positive feedback on my last presentation in the Mobile App, Game and Job Festival 2023!”

Extra tips:

Use some real-life examples from your experiences. তোমার answer কে আরো realistic ও better করে তুলতে real-life event এর কথা mention করতে পারো।
